Location: London Salary: Salary competitive for a non-profit organization. Contract: Permanent An Associate Director or Director with considerable senior management experience within a global financial services organisation, and significant institutional sales experience in an international aspect is required. The Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) is an investor initiative in partnership with UNEP Finance Initiative and the UN Global Compact. Our goal is to help create a more sustainable global financial system. Between them, our signatories have over $30 trillion in assets under management. This is an exciting time to join PRI as the organisation is deepening its global reach and entering a new phase, having been launched only 8 years ago. See In this key strategic role, as part of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the on-going management of our existing signatory relationships as well as the strategic identification and acquisition of new signatories. To deliver this plan you will have line management responsibilities for three PRI functions: Networks, Global Outreach, and Signatory Relations. Specific responsibilities, amongst others include: managing your teams to review and improve communications with signatories; supporting the Events team in the selection of topics and themes for events and webinars; working with the Communications team to ensure relevant PR methodologies are being employed; and improving the signatory experience and satisfaction to ensure higher retention rates. In addition to your strong people management skills, specialist knowledge in one or more aspects of investment practice will be essential to this role.
