Location: UK Wide

Salary: £21,550 - £32,325 pa, depending on experience

As a customer, you have high expectations. As one of our Mortgage Advisors you’ll exceed

customers’ expectations every day – providing expert advice on our mortgage products to help

them find the right solution, right away. Whether they’re buying their first home, improving their

current property, saving money or paying off an existing loan, you’ll make the complex simple and

the stressful a lot less challenging.

We need CeMAP qualified professionals with proven experience of mortgage sales and the kind

of personality that makes customers want to engage. Like us, you’ll listen before speaking, think

before acting, and build expert product knowledge before making any recommendations.

This job may be for you if you are passionate about setting standards in customer service. You’ll

bring real warmth and empathy, giving you everything you need to build relationships with people

from all walks of life.

Happy to work Saturdays as required, you’ll relish taking control of your day and managing your

time to balance customer contact, compliance, training and collaboration with branch and contact

centre colleagues.
