We're looking for Telephone Mortgage Advisers to join our lively and vibrant Customer Contact Centre team in Birmingham. Your role will be to provide expert help and advice on our entire range of mortgage products. As a Telephone Mortgage Adviser you'll have a friendly, helpful and committed approach to every customer. You'll be able to build relationships and exceed their expectations throughout the mortgage process. You'll be a good listener, able to identify exactly what a customer wants and needs, based on their circumstances and use your excellent product knowledge, to offer a mortgage that works for them. You'll carry out structured mortgage sales interviews over the phone and processing mortgage applications, so first-rate organisation skills and keeping on top of all of the associated paperwork will be essential. And while we'll provide a comprehensive training programme when you join us, you'll also need to bring with you experience in a sales environment and a full CeMAP qualification.
Keep a full diary of interviews with customers to identify the mortgage product that's most suited to their needs;
Provide expert help and advice, guiding your customers through the entire mortgage process;
Build trusted, long-lasting relationships with a view to retaining and growing future business;
Be motivated to achieve set goals and have the pro-active nature needed to identify and develop new leads.
Upon joining the team you will receive an attractive reward package of between £21,550 and £32,325 (pro rata and inclusive of benefits funding) per annum based on experience.

Part Time - 18 hours pw (3 x 6hrs), 1 late shift, 1 in 3 Saturdays. Must commit to full time during training and sign off.
Our mortgage centres are open Monday to Friday 8am till 8pm and 9am till 4pm on Saturdays. Your working hours will be based on our customer demand taking into account your personal circumstances wherever possible.
