Skills (qualities of the ideal candidate & qualifications required / preferred)
It’s essential you have a full CEMAP 1, 2 and 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a friendly, helpful and committed approach to every customer. We'll also be looking for the motivation to achieve goals and the ability to identify and develop new leads. However previous mortgage advice experience is not essential, as we provide an excellent training programme.
We offer an excellent package totalling £23,200 to £34,800 We also provide a wide selection of exclusive lifestyle offers, development and learning programmes, services and support - designed to help you manage and balance work life priorities.
The Centre's opening hours are currently 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm Saturday. Rotational shift patterns will feature in this role and can offer fantastic flexibility for you, your family and work / life balance – specific options will be discussed at interview.
