Hi All,
Has anyone been mentored, or done any mentoring in Banking/Finance? What are your experiences and what value did you get from your experience?
I have my own mentoring platform at WiseRound.com. We've already set up a number of mentoring relationships. Our mentors get paid (a fee decided by them) and in return proteges get core career advice and tips to how to get their foot in the door.
Any experiences you have had on this area are welcomed. |
