Hi Y'all I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 years work experience. I am currently working for an Investment Bank in Finance but would like to use the opportunity to move into Asset Management. I know that a back to front move is nigh on impossible so please, no answers detailing the unlikelihood of that (I know!) My question is whether it would be possible to join an associate training programme in Asset Management. Is there something which is slightly senior to a graduate entry for someone like me who is doing a career switch but has some relevant experience? Would I have to go through the graduate training programme? I don't particularly want to go down the MBA route as I don't really have the resources or financial backing. Many Thanks
