I don't know how to ask to this question:
What do you do if a customer asks you a question you do not know the answer (remember that your collegues and supervisors are too busy to help you) ?
During my last interview, I said to find a solution on the web site company, or even on google... because I am a good self-starter, with good web researcher skills. But I'm not sure it was the right answer...
